RTO is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth through the opportunity to learn the art of Equestrian Sports, Fashion, and Leadership Development.
RTO is committed to increasing awareness and exposure throughout the country to horse related sports such as Polo, Show Jumping, and Dressage.

Founded by Miguel Wilson in 2017, equestrian sports have played a pivotal role in his life and achievements. Through the establishment of RTO, Miguel Wilson and the RTO Board of Directors are dedicated to providing youth with access to similar opportunities, equipping them with essential tools for success in life.
